Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and message. A phone number is optional. If you contact us, we may also keep related correspondence, your business details, internal notes, the stage of your enquiry and follow-up dates.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, tax identifiers, account credentials or confidential financial records through the initial enquiry form.
How we use enquiry information
We use these details to understand your request, respond to you, discuss the services you need, prepare a scope or quote and keep track of relevant follow-ups. Submitting an enquiry gives us permission to contact you about that enquiry; it is not consent to an unrelated marketing campaign.
Where enquiries are stored
Valid submissions from the main enquiry form are stored in our website’s WordPress database through Bridge CRM, and an email notification is sent to our business inbox. The CRM also stores notes and follow-up information added when an enquiry is managed.
CRM access is restricted to WordPress administrators. Administrators may manually record name components, company details and an alternate phone number supplied during an enquiry or service discussion. Optional IP and MAC address fields are available for relevant information supplied in that discussion; these identifiers are entered manually and are not automatically captured from website visitors. The CRM does not collect browser history, send records to an external CRM, or send automated customer follow-up emails. Website hosting and security tools may separately process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
Service providers and disclosures
Website hosting, email delivery, security and related technology providers may process information when providing their services. Enquiry information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address a genuine security or legal issue. If a service engagement needs another provider to receive your client records, that arrangement should be addressed separately before those records are supplied.
Cookies, analytics and search performance
The site uses a cookie-preference tool. You can use its controls and your browser settings to manage cookies. Some cookies or similar technologies are needed for site functions, security or saving preferences. The consent tool also saves cookie choices and related consent records.
When analytics is permitted by your cookie settings, Google Analytics helps us understand website usage, such as pages viewed, device information, general location and interactions. Google Search Console provides reports about how the website appears in Google Search. Both tools are connected through Google Site Kit. Google Ads and AdSense are not currently enabled on this website.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also consider Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not promise a uniform response to the legacy browser “Do Not Track” signal across all website components. Use the available cookie preferences or contact us with a privacy request.
Retention and security
Enquiry records remain in the CRM until they are deliberately removed; it does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. How long a record is needed depends on the enquiry, any continuing service relationship and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can contact us to request deletion of information you supplied.
The website uses HTTPS, and CRM records are not published as public website pages. No website, email system or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Use a separately agreed method for sharing sensitive client documents.
Your choices and privacy requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, email info@thesolutionbridge.com or write to the address above. Please describe your request and the email address used for your enquiry. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your own records. Please do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.
Privacy rights and the way a request is handled depend on applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or existing contractual reasons. This notice does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Children and other websites
This website is intended for business enquiries, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed. External links take you to websites with their own privacy practices, which you should review before providing information.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, its tools or our information-handling arrangements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
